At Alpine Quarries, with the access to state of the art equipment, all in house in our warehouse, we are able to produce stone products unlike anything before. We have the capability to product stone sculptures and carvings in any shape, any size, with any finish, and and most importantly, any amount of detail. We can do this all in amazing time frames and an unrivaled speed of production.
With a large step into technology and innovation the "Five-Axis" is the newest addition to our facility and the first to be ever seen in Canada. With what was only possible with hand carving in a span of days or even weeks can now be done in a matter of hours. Standing true to its name, the colossal machine works at all five axes carving large stone boulders into intricate fireplaces, caps, balustrades and even statues. The "Five-Axis" is driven by digital programming that recognizes digital blueprints, including CAD drawings opening the door to endless possibilities. With this remarkable new technology we are able to create carvings from stone that, until now, were only available in the imagination, and with such immense amount of detail that only Alpine Quarries can reach.
Spanning over 15 feet the CNC based wire saw machine is at the helm of one of three full production treatment lines in North America. With what would normally take 3 workers 20 days, transforming stone boulders into 6,000 linear feet of standard production stone is the average amount that our facility produces daily.
